MCMF Peer Leadership Academy
This project aims to build your child to be a pack leader. As children grow up into preteens and teens, their source of influence shift from parents and other figures of authority to their peers. This is a normal phase of growth as a child is seeking to build identity and acceptance and must therefore be embraced. Parents at this time think that limiting their child's interaction with others will minimize peer influence and keep them away from vices. This may work for sometime but in its entirety, it is a delay tactic to the reality that peer influence and pressure is an inevitable process in building an individual's social health.
Enrolling your child into the peer leadership academy will put them at an advantage as:
- They will learn how to manage themselves, manage others and make good decisions
- They will cover topics and get assisted practicals on understanding themselves, developing a high self-esteem, communication, resisting negative peer pressure,effective ways of resolving conflicts, key life issues,good citizenry and career choices.
- They will be equipped to be a source of positive peer pressure.

The project aims to structure your child's holiday and non-school time into fun filled and yet meaningful schedule.This project is designed for children 5 years and 12 years. You can count on us to keep your child engaged in a safe, fun and meaningful online time that is transparent and accountable as we welcome parents to record and monitor the activities we shall have.
